  • We offer plated, buffet, and family style meals. We also offer food stations, boxed lunches, hors oeuvres, and desserts. For smaller needs, we offer delivery and drop-off only, or pick-up from our kitchen.

  • Up to two years before the event! Prime dates go fast and all events are booked on a first come, first served basis.

  • Our leader has been cooking and catering professionally for decades for private, corporate and public events. We are always in demand for our creative, respectful approach to meals served in many settings. Additionally, we are experienced logistically as serving food in varied settings requires creativity and know how!

  • Our general service area is within around an hour of our home kitchen in Little Chute. However, we are happy to travel further when schedules permit. Extended travel will incur additional fees.

  • No, all cooking is handled in our home kitchen. We may assemble and put the finishing touches on meals on-site. We do not offer grill-on-site options.

  • We have mobile dual-fuel ovens that are made to travel and years of experience choosing menus that travel well.

  • We cater for just about anything! We do a lot of weddings, private parties, fundraisers, and corporate events; but we also offer a working lunch menu as well as brunch options.

  • We have fixed menus and we also specialize in custom menus.

  • We make a wide variety of scratch cuisine focusing on fresh, local ingredients. You’ll primarily find American fare on our menu, but we specialize in custom menus that showcase your tastes and personality, and we have experience in most ethnic cuisine. We also offer a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

  • Yes

  • Yes. Many of our from scratch dishes already fit certain dietary issues but can be enjoyed by all guests-- gluten free is one example. Wise menu choices always support good results.

  • Water service: provided at tables for family-style and plated meals

    Water station: provided with buffet meals and available upon request with other service styles.

    Coffee: available if not provided by your venue

    Non-Alcoholic beverages: limited selection available if not provided by your venue

    Alcoholic beverages: available for private events held at private residences or venues that do not hold a liquor license.

  • Linen napkins are included in all China settings packages. We have tablecloths available for any tables used for food service by special order. We can help facilitate full-service linen rentals upon request.

  • Our “China” table settings are included in all plated meal packages and available for other styles of service. These settings include a dinner plate and salad plate, stainless steel flatware, and a linen napkin. Compostable disposables are also available for buffet and family style meals.

  • We have a variety of creative desserts available, including sheet cakes, 6-inch presentation cakes and cupcakes with our special flavor touches. We don’t make wedding cakes or provide cutting services for outside desserts or cakes.

  • Tastings are available for up to 6 guests after you have booked your venue. Our tastings feature a “tasting of the day” meal to help you get to know us and how we cook. It's a multiple course meal event made from our pantry of local ingredients in place on the day that you come.

  • The pricing you receive will include a service charge which ranges from 22-30% depending on the complexity of the event’s meal service. This charge covers staffing, equipment, etc. We do not add an automatic gratuity, nor does our staff expect it.

  • Final Menu & Times: 4 months before event

    Final Count: 3 weeks before event

  • Generally, the deposit is approximately 30% of the anticipated final bill, however this may vary.

  • No less than 1 week before the event. We do not order or begin prepping for your meal until we receive your final payment.

  • Cancellations within 120 days of event incur entire event charge for food, service, equipment, beverages and all other services or items. Cancellations prior to 120 days before the event incur 50% of entire event charge for food, service, equipment, beverages and all other. Dates may be transferred, transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes

  • We have dedicated job managers and will have one on-site, as well as our catering staff. Our experienced catering team comes from a variety of backgrounds, and most have been working with us for several years. In addition to your front-of-house team, a kitchen team will also be on-site to manage your meal.

  • We generally arrive 60-90 minutes before any food is served. A 90 minute service window is included with all meals. This service window begins at the time we have your meal scheduled to begin and concludes when our team has finished clearing tables and cleaning up.

  • We have a leftover package available to add-on for buffet and family style meals.
